Baby Food

Baby food means a food that used to consume by the baby between the ages of four months to two years instead of breast milk.  Baby food produced many manufactures in variety of taste and composition. Some are design liquid paste, soft and easily champed food. Though there are no substituted to breast milk but organic baby formula commonly found conventional baby formula.

Cow’s milk, vitamins, sugar, hormones and antibiotics are the ingredients of baby food. If we considered the whole life of a man, the very first year life is the fastest growth time.  Between 9 to 12 month’s weight of a baby gains triple. So   well balanced nutrition food is very essential for baby’s muscles, bones, fat, fluid and   brain tissues.  Baby’s retorts and began to distinguish people, places, things as their brain and eyes developed. Breast milk is suggested the best food for baby with provision that mother should be non-alcoholic and free from drug addiction. Organic formulated baby food is very much suitable for baby as it is free from chemicals and pesticide.   Cow’s milk is incompatible for baby because of its low whey and high casein content. Infant’s intestine is not properly equipped to consume animal milk and their kidney also Immature. 
Carbohydrate is an important source of energy and lactose is the main source of it. Lactose also aids to absorption minerals like zinc, iron, calcium and magnesium. Breast milk contains nucleotides that involved critical metabolic processes in the body.
Fat, Linoleic acid, Vitamins: A, C, D, E, K, thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), B6, B12 Niacin, Folic acid Pantothenic acid, Calcium magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper Phosphorus, Sodium Potassium chloride Carbohydrates are the recommended ingredients of baby food.
Baby food must prepare by hygienic way and according to direction of manufactured company.  For advanced preparation of baby food proper refrigeration is recommended.
